What you share

Our forms collect your name, contact information, location and the hiring or job-search details you choose to provide. Candidate forms can include a resume or profile link. Don’t submit government identity numbers, financial details or sensitive personal documents.

Why we use it

Seat Fill uses this information to review hiring requests, assess potential matches and contact you about your inquiry. Submitting a form does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize marketing text messages.

Who can access it

Inquiry records are stored with our website infrastructure providers and are available through a restricted recruiting desk. We will discuss an employer introduction with a candidate before sharing their profile for that introduction. We do not sell inquiry data.

Technical information

The site uses service providers to host pages and store form records. A hashed network identifier is retained with a submission to limit abuse; it is not used for marketing. Fonts are requested from Google Fonts, which receives the network information necessary to deliver them. We do not add advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your profile, or stop further contact, by calling (360) 836-4481. We keep inquiries while relevant to recruiting and review deletion requests directly. Submitting a profile does not guarantee a job or an interview.
